All are warmly invited to join our Living Well Cooking Classes in 2025. These fun and informative events will be held in the ADRA Cafe, from 5-7pm on the dates featured above.

As usual, a tasty light meal will be provided, along with Cooking Demonstrations and a valuable Health Talk. Cost $10 per head.
